We accept wire transfers, money orders, checks, Google Checkout and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery and Diners Club.
We accept online orders as well as orders via fax or by phone.
We accept personal, company, cashier's checks and money orders. Please note that the orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed.

All in-stock merchandise will be shipped on the same day the order is placed, provided the product is in stock, if received before 2 pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not ship on the weekends.
We offer free ground shipping to 48 States for orders over $2,500. Some exclusions may apply. Generators, life rafts, watermakers and any other voluminous items(s) do not qualify for this promotion. For orders under $2,500, customer pays standard UPS ground rates and insurance.
There is no free shipping for international orders, unless otherwise stated by one of our representatives.

Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be subject to 5% order processing fee.
All returns must be made within 20 days from the original invoice sale date. The item returned must be in the original factory package and unused. Customer wishing to return or exchange an item must obtain the "Return Material Authorization Number" from us so that we can process the replacement or return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. No returns will be processed if any of the conditions are not met.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns or replacements, unless the return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for lost packages by carriers and/or damaged packages.
Some returned items might incur a restocking fee, depending on the factory.
Please note that charts, software, CD Roms, tapes, life rafts, EPIRBS and special orders are not returnable unless defective, and only for replacement.
We will not accept returns of unsealed or used electronics. Please be careful when ordering to choose the correct item.
All orders shipping to Florida will incur a 7% sales tax. All orders shipping to states other than Florida will not be charged a sales tax. Please contact your local tax authority if you have any additional questions or concerns.
There are some manufacturers that require us to advertise their products at M.A.P. prices; which means Minimum Advertised Prices. M.A.P. prices are usually higher than any other price in the market.
